Rosalyn Adele Jenner

Dear Friends,
      I have some sad news to share. Last week, Dr. Marcie's mother, Rosalyn Jenner, passed away.  "Roz" was our most devoted fan, and I will always remember how she would beam with delight when Dr. Marcie and I sang for her. 
Today's sneak preview includes Roz's two favorite songs from our upcoming CD,  Everything Is Connected. 
I am forever grateful for her unwavering support of our music and mission, and I will miss her. 
Roz's beautiful, generous spirit lives on in our hearts and in these songs she loved.

I love your mother still as if she will call today after her dialysis treatment. I will never completely get over the loss of your wonderful mother, my wonderful friend. Her funeral was a lovely send off for her. I'd never before seen the children and grandchildren carry the casket. It impressed me so much that I've told my family that this is a must when my time comes. You pulled everything together in a miraculous fashion. Obviously the apple does not fall far from the tree. Usually when I've gone to a funeral I follow-up by going to my own home. On some rare occasions I do go back to the home of the one who is no longer here. For your mom I wouldn't have missed going to her home. It was a revelation in many ways. The bank of Bernie was something new to me. I had read her book so I had always a pretty fair picture of her life and of the way she thinks. You honored her so beautifully with the celebration she would absolutely have wanted. It was fun!
Nothing now would make me happier than to know you will use Roz's theatre tickets. The only two I attend myself are Mark Taper and Colony. What a pleasure to have you seated with me at the Colony and close to me at the Taper.
I look forward to seeing you soon again. Please give my love to Jody and to Cheryl. I love you.
